Hi, I’m Lisa de Jong.
I’m a menstrual health educator, trauma-informed coach, and founder of The Menstrual Coach Academy.
After navigating my own experience with chronic menstrual pain and nervous system dysregulation, I developed the 7 Menstrual Cycle Mastery Skills — a structured, science-informed approach that integrates nervous system regulation, hormone health, emotional literacy, and relational wellbeing.
Over the past 11 years, I’ve supported thousands of women and practitioners internationally through my courses, accredited practitioner training, podcast, and 1:1 client work.
