I am a coach, therapeutic practitioner and educator who helps you move from a place of pain to power with menstrual cycle challenges, chronic pain, trauma and burnout.

For so long, women have been taught to ignore the natural rhythm of our menstrual cycle and the signals of our nervous system. We find ourselves pushing through life, tolerating pain and not getting the right support for menstrual challenges, PMS, burnout, trauma responses, and conditions such as endometriosis and PMDD.

I am here to tell you that your cycle and your nervous system no longer need to be problems or burdens.

 

Rather, they can become containers for your inner being to support and guide you in your life. You deserve to feel confident in your understanding of your body, to heal, and feel at home in yourself.

I am a highly trained coach, whose approach is trauma-informed, body-based and holistic. What that means is – I’ll help you understand your endocrine system and your nervous system so you can begin to live in harmony with your cycle, unravel stuck trauma responses and build a new way of showing up in the world grounded in embodied safety.

You’ll get clear about what you want and what steps you need to take to feel aligned, nourished, and motivated through a holistic combination of tools and techniques and guidance on diet, lifestyle and pain management.
