Do you struggle with your menstrual cycle in some way? You are not alone and I have been there myself.
In this workshop we will learn how best to support ourselves to prevent PMS and period pain and what to do when it happens.
You may have already read a lot of books on this topic and my intention for you is to have clarity and peace of mind with your relationship with self-care and your menstrual cycle.

What you can do to support your hormones and let go of what doesn’t work
Ways to support your nervous system through pain and fear of pain
How to have a self-compassionate relationship with pain and suffering
