Pleun Elsa Andriessen is a graduate of the 2022 Menstrual Cycle Coaching and Facilitation Professional Training.

She now runs the Bloody Practical menstrual education and coaching platform, and has an extensive background of facilitation and learning design consultancy in the human rights space.
