We live in a world that is full of options – a new diet to try, a new healthcare practice, a new approach, a new podcast, book, coach, therapist, relationship, etc. Alternatives are always available which creates hope and excitement.

However, can we really build something great and get results if we are constantly in search of the high of options and alternatives?

Commitment requires a choice, dedication, focus, and an ability to stay with uncomfortable feelings such as boredom, fear, anxiety, and ambivalence.
